GF spotted this taking a different route home the other day. Looks like it may be an HT series? Maybe and HT 20?

Anyone ID This Bolens?

QT or XL would be good. Going to have to make a side trip I think. Going to do some digging to find out who owns the property. Know a guy that worked at the Steak house in that village so may try and get hold of him.

I don't remember right off which tractors had the narrow black background with off white lettering on the hood sides. I know the tube frame G series did, but both my XL have the wide green and off white side markings. The dash does look like an XL or QT.

XL's muffler will be between the motor and the dash, QT's will be between the motor and the grille.
Why two threads on the same pic?

Either a QT/QS 16 or early XL. Muffler goes between engine and grill on both-- at least all mine have.

Looks alot like my QT16, missing the side panels tho. Dash seems same. Hard to tell in this picture. I'll sell you mine, runs, needs a governor change pretty sure, but moves. Tin little ruff. Was gonna take to Portland to sell, now thinking tear all down again, fix governor and I will like it all over again! Crossing my fingers, sure don't know WHEN that will happen.
