This is where the [former] member map really shined through.  

 

I miss the member map!  

I think it needs to come back and a location of active members needs to be strongly suggested to downright mandatory. 

Even if only to the moderators to protect privacy.

I don't agree with mandatory, that could possibly turn things into a big mess, I think forcing a member to give their location is going a little too far.

On the old map, if you only used the town name or zip it would put the marker on your post office address. That is how I had mine.

Yes, that could help in many ways. It would be a help if you needed a pair of eyes on a tractor you wanted to buy but was far from home!

Mandatory would be an issue. And who is to say threat the info wouldn't be tweaked?
Heck, I could be a skinny 21 yr old leggy blonde lady for all you know.

Anyways, the map seems to be a dead horse. Or at least very sleepy.
There may be an answer coming, but it will be a while.
