As the title says I might have my paws on an ss14 with mower deck. Just waiting for more details on it and a price. I'm really short on the cash but I might get lucky and he wont want a fortune for it.

Also, he lives in Iowa..... probably a deciding factor in whether or not I can afford it.

If I do get it and I can get it running if it's not than Austin wont have to bring his suburban 12 over next time when we go to the romping grounds near by.

well, bad news the guy sold it....

Good news is I have another possibility, which is a '72 ss12 that needs an engine rebuild. I figure if I can get it cheap or at a decent price it might be better than an ss14. (I don't like briggs....)

Seems like this might work out as long as I can convince my mom to say I can have it. I did how ever get a picture of it from the guy.

That looks like a good project tractor! Does it come with the weights, chains, and snow blower?

I want just the mower deck and the weights, I've decided I want to build a collection of sears cast weights. I want the tractor too but mom is being hard to please.... I cleaned the shed and made room for half a tractor, we have a 10x6 and I have 2 tractors, 2 plows, a tiller, a push mower, my tools, my boxes of parts, and some of my siblings outside toys in there.

I may have a way to get her to say OK, hand her the keys to it. She takes of on the Burban I have now like it's hers.... So to keep mine, "mine" I'll get her one! I might even pain the hood pink to help its case a little more.
