Thanks Kenny.  They list that as a regulator, not a rectifier regulator.  Also there are 3 spade terminals in a row.  The original has tow on top  and one under the left one (Depending on which way you have it turned).  Two terminal are for AC in.  The third is for DC out to the battery (B+)  Which terminals are which?  They don't say.  Had one in hand from O'Riely's this afternoon just like it physically.  They did not know nor did the company know which terminals were which.  Kind of at a stand still.

Did some searching on the net and from what I can find the center terminal is B+.  eBay has them for $24.95.  Sure beats $61 +tax.

That was why I mentioned earlier in this thread that the battery was in the center. The one on mine is a flat 3 terminal and is set up like that.

Be sure the frame of the reg. is grounded back to the engine.
