My Nieghbor and i picked up a harry Ferguson today and am trying to find model # and year, the serial # is TO-96195. It has to be after 1950 becouse ID tag shows that as the last year of patten.

Well, the TO means we aren't looking at something weird, it stands for Tractor Overseas, ie American model, they were built in England.

I think it's a TO30, but here's how to tell if the model number is gone, look at the block, LHS above the oil pan. There is a casting # there. If it's a 30, it will read Z129...
If it's a 35, Z134
20, z120 or Z119? Can't remember which.

This only works for the gas engines, no clue on the few diesel units that were out there. And once massey got involved, no clue.
