Hi All

One or two pictures of our house and post office and old smiddy hope you like

At the moment this is the earliest pics I can find

In 1919 when the village  was sold by the Castle Huntly estate  our 4 roomed house and the post office was rented at £15 per annul those were the days

Neat   I really like old places and I like the history that can be connected to them, but my last place was built during the Civil War in NE Ohio and every-time we would do any type of repair I would get very sick...and we all seemed to have more than normal share of sinus like infections...finally connected "OLD" with mold spores and such in the horse-hair plaster....finished the restoration using special breathing masks, coated all the walls and ceilings with KILZ brand sealer, got all the century home paperwork in line, bunches of county inspections etc. on the repairs certified/approved and SOLD IT !!!
