Just a guess, but I bet it's not cooling very efficiently if you get it to run......

Those are so cool. I keep my eye peeled for one with the 60" deck and the Wisconsin, but I'm always just a tad bit slow or penniless.

I know where there is one of those sitting that could be bought reasonable.

I don't need to PM to tell what I know about it (which aint much)  It is sitting across from where I work, I talked to the guy once, just to see what he was doing with it, if anything, he said he traded a jon boat for it and used it once/ then it lost spark, he took it back to the guy that he got it from, got it running for a while and it lost spark again so now it sits.

I was looking through the manuals I downloaded from the above posts and there is no mention of what the points setting is. The parts manual shows the 'breaker', but the owners manual does not state what to set them at. That would be nice to know.

We went after it today! Aired up the tires and lubed the steering. Looked it over and decided to tow it home. It was about a half mile away and I never went over 10MPH with it. Here's some pics when we moved it out of it's resting place.

Check out that cast weight on the back! Put it in the yard so we can wash it down first off.

Serial plate for it and engine #'s.

Check out the Chrome air cleaner and 'Cherry Bomb' exhaust. That is stock!

Mower data plate is partially gone.

Finally got one with a decent seat on it! And it has 5 lug wheels all around!

It will live to mow again!

May need a seat belt to stay on it.
