This will give you some sizes not listed for threaded rod and nuts.

A lot of good info over there. I haven't been over since our computer died. Actually had forgot about that group.

The top link was what I couldn't find any of when I was playing with the sears machines.

That is because Sears is an odd duck top link, Ariens will accept standard Category 0 top link.

Shorty, no, I don't have pix, can take a couple but not so sure about posting them.... have talked about that issue more than once...

Electronics can be so frustrating. In a few years my son will be old enough to be my personal tech support.

You can buy the OEM Ariens 3 point hitch complete, delivered to your door for $225. Choo Choo Auto Parts in Florida. That's where I got mine and it was WAY WORTH not farting around looking for parts and bringing out the welder.

I paid 1/3 of that for this one and by the ad, that was exactly what I was expecting/hoping that I was getting.... but as I said earlier, even though it isn't what I thought it would be, it will do what I need it too "for now" and as difficult as it is to find ANYTHING for an Ariens tractor around here I figured that I'd better get what I could for it while the gettin was good.

Even made a little jig to hold the ball socket and arm while I welded it
