I can scratch another attachment off my want list. Tonight i picked up a Massey 3860 lawn sweeper. It was a 120 mile round trip about 3 hours. I went and looked at it and it came along home with me.It is in overall good condition. The hamper has a few tears in,not many.It was previously repainted with a brush so you can definitely tell when you get ithin 3 feet of it.This is actually the first one that i've seen in person. I'm sure a lot of these were sold and probably thrown out in the trash.

This style here was manufactured the same time period as the 85,1200,1450,1650,1655,1850,1855 model tractors. Not sure if the sweeper that was available for the 5,6,7,8,10,12,14,16 series tractors actually had the Massey logo on it or not. Can't tell from the picture in my manuals. May have been aftermarket. I'm not sure.

Nice find. I've been kicking myself for not buying the one I was offered. Haven't seen one for sale since. I think Will has one as well. I'm envious.

Looks very nice in the photos.

I have 2 badged as Wheel Horse and look very much like yours.

Supposedly, some company still exists that made these and some parts are available,  but I haven't had any luck!

Congratulations.  It looks good from the photographs.  Too bad it was brushed.
