Hi everyone, I am newer to this site but not new to tractors. I own a YT16H and just picked up a single stage blower for it last year but did not get to try it much due to lack of snow

I was wondering if anyone here happened to have a cab on a YT or Gilson built LGT like in the brochure picture I attached. A couple of months ago I acquired a cab that is for the 300/400 series of Allis Chalmers tractor, and was thinking of putting it on my YT but would like to see how the factory cab mounted and some opinions on if I should mount it to the tractor

It is not our main snow mover, we have larger farm tractors and backhoes for that, it would be more for "trimming" near buildings or blowing paths in the lawn

Thanks in advance

Mikey

Thanks for the warm welcomes guys! I have been all threw the manuals section as well as my collection of literature but can not seem to find and "inside the cab" pictures where it would say where everything bolts to.

I will go check the manuals again, I may have missed it

Yea, miss the thread and the guys. I won't be back over there any more other than a quick peek to check on Don's progress, but I will not be posting.

Seems that over there, you can get chastised if a mod doesn't like what you say, even though other mods are also saying the same type of things.

I am sorry to hear that Tahoe, didn't know that was going on. If you end up continuing on your SSI rebuild be sure to shoot me a message, I will start checking here more often

I haven't had to time to work on them. I also just bought a working module so I will probably throw these in the drawer as long as this one works.

That first picture of the accessories, is this from a brochure or manual you have?

Yes Jerry, that is from a brochure I have for the "series 2" YT tractors from around 1986.

A cab is listed in all of the brochures I have. Here it is in the 1984 brochure I have

And this is the best picture of it in a brochure from around 1991

And since no one ever complains about too many pictures, here is the cab that I am thinking of putting on it

Thank you for the help so far guys! I am hoping someone comes out of the wood work with one. I sent an email to OTC about the AC cab on Saturday but got no response, but hey it was worth a shot

I want to take time for a shoutout to OTC, who managed to find original instructions for my AC cab (for it's original tractor) and was nice enough to email it to me in PDF form. Thanks to Chris from product design who was very helpful and quick to reply
