Is it just my eyes, or has he pulled the lower valance off the car ? See 3 chrome stripes right side below taillight vs 3 stripes left side appear out in pavement ?

Not kidding you, there is a guy that frequents my dealer hauling his garden tractor behind a little Mazda convertible.  

 

No lights, plate or anything on the trailer.
