Have OH140 Tec engine and threaded holes in head for exhaust kinda bad, think non-usable. Has two bolt holes next to it. I found this on epay and wonder if would fit? Many times a manufacturer uses same dimensions on projects and then parts fit many models of product. This part 65087637562 for OH318SA engine and others. Says USED, but off a low hour engine, looks new. Wondering about compression and being a one-time use gasket. Wants $9 plus little shipping, not real cheap, but might be just what I want, what think? Wonder what new costs and where would one look for one?? Here's pix of offer, I hope! Well, that is small! Not sure if one can see enuf or not!

The 318cc was the 8hp in flathead trim, alot of parts do interchange there. In ohv form that one was rated at 11hp.

I got ya GL. One bigger pic on the way

Without a C-C measurement or the bracket, be hard to know for sure.
May be easier to make it?

I put a larger muffler onto a K91 Kohler that powers my "Take along camping" generator and made a flange for it, was not that hard to do. Much quieter than the half burnt out pancake muffler that I bought it with. Tecumseh used to make a bolt on flange that was threaded for a pipe nipple for the 70s LAV series push mower engines, maybe they made something like that for the bigger ones?
