Happy Canada Day to our Canadian members !

Cool, they have their own day now?

I bet they spell a lot of words with extra U's and eat bacon with Maple Syrup.
Sounds fun.

Just kidding, Happy Canada Day

Since my family is from both sides of the boarder it usually makes for a festive week around here. This year however the reunion has been pushed back a week, everybody starts arriving on the 8th :dancingbanana:

Yup, it's a great day! I'm off to the museum grounds to sit around with the other "artifacts", eat great BBQ and homemade pie, watch the dancing, listen to the music, and come home after the fireworks, sunburned and happy. It used to be called Dominion Day, but in my mind it's the beginning of summer and a reminder of what a joy it is to live in a free country.
