I am not one to pimp other site, but if you like to cook outside and want to do it better, this is for you.. Amazingribs.com

I bought a few cheap pork butts and was in the mood to do sausage (kind of a challenge in the summer, unless you benifit from loose stools). Stuffed 5# of Kielbasa and 5# of Cajun, with 2# of deer jerky for pitmaster "dog treats"

No thanks.  I'll stick to the Iowa chops, Pork steaks and of course that awesome T bone.  Me and spicy food do not get along.  If it sound Mexican, I am gone !

That sounds good. I like a flavorful sausage.

Love sausage and BBQ, but can't handle the hot stuff. Next fish I catch will be treated to some salt and brown sugar for 24 hours and then put in the smoker. Smoked fish is fine stuff too.
