QT/S series tiller Shaft question

I think that the QT/S series tiller shaft will fit on a large frame correct? I believe that the difference is the length of the tiller shaft? Thank you for any thoughts on this.

Q series shaft is about 1/2" shorter over all than the one for my HT23. Both have 15 tooth couplers.  Paul

Thank you Paul. With that said a telescoping shaft on a large frame should work fine on a Q series with a tiller as it is missing the drive shaft.

I've never seen a two piece tiller shaft, but like the concept. Would have to be fastened at both ends, rather than floating at the tiller end, right?  Paul

Hi Paul,

 

Yes, the end to the pto has the factory quick connect on it. The other end has two set screws and works quite well. It was built and balanced I did not manufacture this one myself.
