Went to some garage sales today.
Found a garage sale with some yard/ garden equipment. The first to catch my eye was a Cub Cadet 125. He wanted way more than I was willing to pay. Then I spotted an old Choremaster. It had the original weight and a cultivator. Again way more than I wanted to pay.
This old push mower kept jumping out in my way so I finally gave it a "look see". I liked the styling of the deck, and it had compression, and ....... the price was right! So now I'm the owner of a Goodall 20 lawn mower. Built by Goodall MFG. , Warrensburg, MO.
The deck forms a fender over the front wheels.
The front wheels don't touch the ground until you start pushing it. It rests on a bracket on the rear of the deck until you start pushing.
The deck color is close to the old dark green Lawn Boys. And had yellow wheels.
I didn't really need another 50's lawn mower, but I got it anyway!! Rick
