Recently acquired 5 mower decks.  Three I knew were Simplicity/ A.C.  One is a Sears 917.253530.  The fifth one is unknown to me.

It is shaft driven  with a 90* angle drive,  42" painted black.   Anyone know what it is?

The Simplicity decks along with one I already had have been combined to make two usable decks.

I needed one for my Simplicity 725, and my AC-B-10.

The Sears deck spindles still spin but the deck needs some TLC.  The deck is rough, and someone painted it yellow.

The unknown black deck spins freely and is usable as is.  I just don't know what mower it is for.     Rick

I'm not real familiar with bolens but it almost looks like their setup or one off of a MTD off of like a 990 or a model along those lines.

First is a 42" deck off a MTD 990 or possibly 960. Second looks to be a Sears deck (I say that because of the deck lift/adjustment handle).

If it is Ariens do you want to part with it? (Idk if it is or not for sure but I do know where you got them from/ as it turns out I pass his house twice a day on my way to and from work...) I recognized the trailer full of tractors from the show Saturday, he was just loading up when I got there.
