hi all, i cannot seem to get the idle down. engine is a wisconsin s14-d. if you back the idle screw off it hunts. i made sure to push govener lever and throttle lever up to adjust gov. rod. sounds like its running at half throttle.carb is a zenith L95

1000 - 1200 RPM is low idle.

Generally the preliminary setting are 1-1/2 turns out, that should get you running , then you fine tune when the engine is fully warmed up
