Should be Kohler.  Stiff fingers are not working good this morning.

Looking for a running Kohler twin for my 1811.  Could probably make a Briggs work but would have to be complete.  Either one has to be horizontal crank for shaft drive tractor.  Picked up a real nice 1811 for the rear end and found I don't need it.

Swap meets this summer! I find most times cheaper and easier to find complete donor tractors to get ALL the little stuff needed for a swap. Just for me, what is an 1811?  Brand? Worth fixing?

No swap meets around here with 150 miles that I have ever heard of so that idea is out.   An 1811 is a Cub Cadet GT, in real nice shape and well worth putting a motor in.  NOT a big box store lawn mower - 44" deck, Sunstrand Hydro  has the side covers with it.

I have a M18 I would part with

Should run

It needed a ignition module which I replaced at a cost of $125

and needs 1 magnet in the flywheel reglued

It has 20 pounds oil pressure cranking with the starter

I paid $250 not including the module

will part with it

for $275

located in Manitowoc WI 54220

Some sears had the Kohler M18 in them. I would go with the kohler. I just took a M18 from a 1811 and put it in a 782.
