I was able to reduce the file size under the limit but it won't upload. Keeps tossing an error.
Please use the link above until I figure this out.
Really don't want to split it into 2 PDFs but I may do so.

Okay. That's the copy before I removed the blank pages and pictures of the section pages.
It was already "Reduced File Size" option in my PDF software.

My goal with this was to provide a high resolution scan so you can zoom in on the pictures without degradation.
I look forward to your results.

29 Chev got it reduced far enough that I could upload it. Might try downloading to see what it looks like. I can edit or delete if necessary.

Looks good enough for me! Thanks for your assistance on this.
I notice some quality differences in the pictures, but all text is legible.

I recently acquired a LGT 14D from the original purchaser/owner.  It's an early model, maybe :87?  Model 9607255. Product ID # *T002072*, Engine *E64303294*  I need to replace the fan belt, any suggestions?  Thanks

Congrats and welcome! Post pictures if you can!
Take the belt to a tractor store and see if they have a newer replacement.
Check out the manual section for the repair manual and other manuals that can also help you out.

Thanks.  I got the Repair Manual downloaded and purchased a new belt, ready to be put on, just got to find the time.  The old one is still servicable but needs replacing.  Still have not discovered how to post a picture.

Great machine and that 3 pt is super-rare.  I've been looking for one for my 1991 14D, but the West Coast is a vast wasteland

for garden tractors it seems.

Hello Ford Lovers,

I recently purchased a Ford LGT14D and very excited to own it.

I plan to keep it for a long time so I want to start by performing all the fluid and filter changes.

Dropped a chunky order and the local New Holland dealer the other day so now I'm waiting for the parts.

Meantime, does anyone know what year it is?

The ID tag says:

Serial: T003249

Model 9618784

Unit: 8M14B

Engine: E643-06368

Also, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

John

Congrats on the new tractor!!!

I purchased a 16D this summer with the same setup, rear 3pt and pto, a mower and a tiller. Mine was a fixer up, the guy had accidently put in gas in it and tried to flush everything but couldnt get it running.  I was able to get it for a reasonable price ($700) and spent a few bucks to flush it out and get it running.  From what i see the 14D and 16D is very similar so parts so be the same.  I am missing the engine side panels and a few other things i would like to swap out but other than that it is a great machine.  I have about 5 acres of property to maintain and it is a good work horse for that.  New Holland has parts, although pricey.  enjoy your machine!!
