Brought this home today , has a broken rod. I don't feel like dealing with it right now. All parts for sale just let me know what you need. Grille. Mule drive. And deck are sold. I'm keeping the belt gaurds and the door for the mule drive channel. The rest is there. This was a really complete tractor. Only one wheel is good the rest are rusted through. Let me know what you want we can work out a price.

And the pedal

throttle lever is there it is stuck but it's probably the cable, I will check tomorrow and get you pics. And do you need the brake pedal? Just the pedal or the whole assembly?

Ok, let me get you some pics tomorrow. If you want them do you think 10 for all is fair? Plus shipping I don't want to charge too much. I get so mad when I see the prices on ebay those guys ruin the hobby.

Just in time to ask you .....I didn't make the deal yet but I am looking at this sears.

Its going to need the foot rest that I can see. Maybe a few more pieces as well

The fenders are beat up to

So how much for the foot rest and fenders .....I'll see if I can use anything else you may have that this tractor may need as well, but I am communicating with him via email so it may take a bit longer to get the info, hes 62 and checks his email once a day.....eeeehe

The SS15s were built in (either) '71 or '72 (forget which)  and were the only ones of the SS series that were built with a 320000 series Briggs engine. THAT is what I have. Just like (what it looks like from your pics) what is in there now.

Roper, the company that made that tractor for Sears, put mostly Briggs engines in tractors that they sold under the Roper name. but mostly Tecumseh in tractors built under the Sears name.

There is one oddity about the Briggs in the SS15's... Any other 320000 series Briggs is rated at 16HP but for some weird reason they listed that same engine as a "15 Hp" in that application.

I kind of didn't want to put my tecumseh in it because it wouldn't be original style motor. The oh140 would have been pretty nice in it tho. Yes it has the right 320000 in it now. I never knew the 16 hp thing. I'm not a briggs guy. Thanks for the info
