I'd be curious on that too. I am currently using two #3 flood tips from tractor supply, and a center #2 down spray tip. The floods I have turned sideways. I am also running mine at 18" spread with a 20" tip to ground clearance.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to this, been working some long hours this past week.
These are the nozzles I'm using...

I've got em set at a 40" spacing and about 20" off the ground although I believe 18"-24" is allowable on these.

Edit: I forgot to say that I found these ones at farm and fleet, if that helps anyone.

Hi Walkinman1, I'm finally back to working some and have made some good progress on the 3 PT sprayer conversion. I have a question what spray / boom pressure are you using? Have you had the sprayer out and used it if so how is it working?

Thanks

I know this was a long time ago but I just now saw your reply, did you ever get yours finished up and working?

Hi, yes I used it last fall and it worked very good I like it sprayed about 10 acres with it, will see this spring what kind of a job I did.

Here's a thread on the 3 pt sprayer fabrication

You really have a nice outfit there. Not just the sprayer but the tractor and loader also.

You did a great job with that! I have a 15 gallon tow behind that I've been wanting to convert to hitch mount. I have a 3' boom with 2 nozzles that gives about 6' of coverage. I don't need a lot more for my 16' wide clam shell driveway, but hitch mount would be handy.
