Hi all well I've thought about doing this for some time but finally got it done should have done it 2 months ago but it will be ready for next year. Got a couple of old 14" disc blades and welded a 4" X 5/8" ID heavy wall pipe in the center hole with reenforcing braces for the bearing, then used some 1" ID pipe for the shanks and the tool bar was fabricated from 2" X 7/17" flat stock and some 1.5" square tubing. It turned out pretty good I tried it out in the street as I have no place in the garden to try it for now.

I like it also, but you might want to rethink the cross bar for the width. On mine I found I needed to be out there wider the first couple times to have enough dirt to build up a good ridge. I hill about 3 time before I get to the bloom stage when you should stop doing anything with them. Each time I move in just a little more, makes the ridges high in the end because you have more dirt to work with.
