Now, watch this clip from Americas Got Talent 2017. Gary Fenkel brings his bike down on just the back wheel. He later goes on to win the competition and dates the show judge, Taylor Swift. (No, they break up, too.)

A rider and cycle caught in full flight

But wait a second - somethings not right

The wheel on the rear looks ok to me

But the one on the front appears to be free

Riding the air with a mind of its own

I am guessing the rider is starting to moan

Hoping to land without serious harm

Right now there is great cause for alarm

The nuts were tight or so someone thought

It appears they were wrong and now are caught

Riding through space with only one wheel attached

I wonder what sort of a plot will hatch

Will they land ok on the rear wheel hard

Or will another option catch us off guard

A rope from a copter to save the day

Catching the rider and bike in a cowboy way

A body of water to make a big splash

For which some people might pay cash

Whatever the outcome lets hope they survive

And come out of this caper alive

And learn a lesson that will be remembered long

To fly with a bike is just "plane" wrong
