I have a good PTO shaft that is missing the locking collar and a bad one that has a great collar. Can't figure out how to get the collar off in reusable condition. Help!

Must be secret way??  We can't have info?  Not sure what Bolen's joints look like, but ones I've done have a snap ring to remove and allow ring to come back more, the balls fall out and push ring off the end then. Think maybe Pin might be used on some.

There are two pins holding it in. One can be driven through into inner part of splined yoke. Collar pops right off.
