The #16402 Reel mower attachment will fit the VersaMatic and other 15 series walk-behinds, as well as most of the Ride-A-Matics.

Models 20HD & 21HD require a # 21733 Hitch. .....Models 220,230, 231, 232, 233, & 234 require a # 22734 Hitch.

The #16402 will not fit the 235 or 236 Ride-A-Matic.

So sayeth the Bolens company!

Not sure about the showroom, but here's a link to his eBay store: Ray's Mower Shop and Salvage items - Get great deals on Bolens, Wheel Horse items on eBay Stores!

Lots of neat stuff there!

WOW !!!! .....At the prices they're asking for manuals and literature, my Bolens manuals must be worth several THOUSAND dollars!

These prices show exactly why the MANUALS section of the GTT forums is such a valuable resource, at no cost to the viewer!

Ray's were always good folks to deal with although I haven't done any business with them in the past 8-10 years. .....They were a long-time Bolens dealer, and their "junkyard" always had some interesting stuff. ......Last time I was there, they cleaned up most of the old stuff, so I don't know what they have now.
  • Bolens 1000 and KennyP have said thanks

Bruce, that's exactly the way I feel about manuals. The more that are posted, the more knowledge is available. Who knows what brand of tractor may find it's way home with you.

I bought from Ray's on ebay & find him super to deal with. Last time I bought from him, he got socked in BAD with snow. Mail couldn't even make runs, airports shut down. He couldn't ship my item for days, but kept me informed of things till he could ship it.
