I'm trying to figure out what this lawnmower is. Has anybody seen anything like it? It has a 3 1/2 horse power Briggs and Stratton on it

Rugg is a lawn tractor.  :thumbs:

 

With that sign I'd call it "Overpriced!"

Should be an ID plate on the back near the hitch. Those little guys are starting to bring a bunch of money
