Finally!! a tp dispenser you can set the drag on, that should keep it from self unwinding.

Mounted on a wall instead of a rod

This reel is made with a little mod

Instead of line it holds paper

To function for the washroom caper

It keeps things from unwinding at an uncontrollable rate

But be extra careful if you try and use bait

The idea is good to make the TP last

But could make a mess if you tried to cast

Not to mention that when the roll is done

Loading a new one is lots of fun

So if you come across a stall with this feature

And the roll has been left bare by the last creature

Move on to another one that paper has lots 

So that down with your pants you are not caught
