Is there a possibility that there is something under the ram (downhill end) and its stopping causes the back end to blow out?

I have taken it apart twice..cleaned it..checked everything..its something in the Cyl itself..I put one of the out riggers in place of it and it worked fine but is too short.

Most hydraulic places deal with places that can custom build a cylinder to match what you have if you can't find an off the shelf unit to match it.

just dont have the funds for that right now..at this point I am just looking for something that will fit.

Just wondering , when does that cap come off ? While using the that cylinder ( might be called " dipper" )  or when you curl the bucket ?

when I fully retract or get close to retacting the cyl..its the middle one also..just above the dipper/bucket cyl.
