Hello all. I,ve been doing searches on here and other sights but have found very little about installing my pto cluch on a 317.
I removed the old coil because of a broken wire and now ready to install new one.
My question is how do you gap it to .018.? Is there a special tool?

Will be tacklin this in a short so wish me luck..:) John

You will need one of these: Allen KD-162 Spark Plug Gauge Blade Type .051 to .635in.

The PTO will have some little "windows" in the metal that surrounds the disc brake. Using the nuts that are on the mounting studs, you'll loosen/tighten them to achieve the proper gap.
