Hmmmm? Good ground on the rectifier? Are you sure the gauge is working? Maybe the stator is bad?

Stator ohmed out at .2 ohms ,this is what the manual says it should be?

I may need to get a new flywheel and stator? Maybe i goofed up the magnets?

I must have messed up the magnets or they got weak? Na, messed the orintation up some how.. As it will only put out 18 v ac when reved. Supposed to be 31+. Oh well, time to find another...
