I recently aquired a Woods 6140 zero turn, it mow's really well the three times I used it.

The forth time the blades just stopped. The blades spin freely, the drive shaft turns freely, battery has full charge.

Any suggestion's

I believe those are build by Grasshopper. I would check to make sure you didn't blow a fuse, the PTO switch could have went bad or PTO clutch is bad. I would check all the belts and wiring/fuses before getting too deep into it. The main drive pulley on the back does have a large key in it, could have sheared it also, but for it to have just stopped sounds like and broken belt of electrical issue.

What did you find was wrong?

It's been running off the battery and not charging.
