Briggs torque specs clarification

OK so I have a Briggs model 289707. Needing torque for the head bolts. Asked a local shop and a few others and got several answers. One said 22-25 lb/ft. Another said only about 12-15 lb/ft. Checked in the manuals section and ground a PDF file and the best could figure it said 185 lb/in which is about the 12-15 I was told. I guess I'll just throw it out there and see what you guys think....

185 Inch lbs = 185/12 foot lbs.

 

or solved = ~ 15 foot lbs

 

The 22/25 foot lbs is most likely for an iron or steel block.
