The guy in the white shirt is thinking, "I will laugh my butt off when they figure out the A/C was installed facing the wrong direction."

Guy in white shirt is thinking, "This is the perfect time to remind that guy of the money he owes me."

Right about now the guy in the white shirt is thinking, "I wish I hadn't eaten all that chili and beer . . .."

Except for confidentiality issues I could show you similar setups on actual construction sites with supposedly trained employees of situations that I have handled over the years...

And yes I agree completely that this kind of stupidity is exactly why laws are made that explain in detail what should be common sense. Consider that on average over 10 people a day do not go back home from the job site,  everyday !  (check OSHA stats)

I'm the intermediary between OSHA and the folks on the job-site and most  everybody hates to see me coming until I save them thousands of dollars and sometimes even their life. If people would just use the common sense they should have been born with I would likely always be un-employed, as it is I'm normally just off seasonally.

Okay, if common sense is inherited, then genetics comes into play.
