Just bought an older Bolens garden tractor. But, I can't find any information on it. Model 1113 serial 0100320 12hp. The closest thing that pops up is a ford LT11. So I am at a loss. Right now it runs but won't move it is hydrostatic. I've never dealt with one of these before.

Just a couple pics. It's been rattle canned unfortunately. Picked it and the mower deck, plow and blower up for $200.20160515_003624.jpg 20160515_003610.jpg 20160515_003242.jpg 20160515_003159.jpg

Edit: Not sure why the pics are sideways.

Well, you didn't get burned at that price as the deck and blower, if in halfway decent shape, are worth that and more.

Some side pictures would help, but I suspect it's one of the Medium Frame Bolens... good tractors.

Side shots. I know this GT didn't come with a hydrostatic transmission factory. They P.O. installed it.

EDIT: I'll get some better side shots here in a bit. Didn't have much time last night and it's only 33 degrees out currently.

Pix not great, but wonder if this is MTD version of the brand?  Not sure when they took over that.  More of a lawn tractor, than a GT.  Must have been quite a deal to MAKE into a hydro??  More pictures in better light maybe would help.  At times I have to turn my phone sideways to get pix to be upright when posting, try diff positions maybe?

I'll give tilting the phone a shot here In a few. My son (2yrs old) wants to go work on the tractor.

I hope these pics help. I did find that the sending line to the tranny had a hole in it. So I'll be replacing that today.

It's a Bolens LT11. The 1113-01 was built in 1979 and originally came with an 11HP Briggs and a 3 speed Peerless trans. These are in the Small Frame Series tractors. Other similar models from this era were the 812 LT8, 814 LT8E. Older models were the 813 G8, 613 Husky Pup etc..

It is very similar to the earlier G8, which you can find here. I'll upload a copy of the correct LT11 parts manual later.

Found one half decent picture on Google so you can see what it's supposed to look like with the correct paint and decals.
