Hi, We have an Allis Chalmers 620 but when we have it at full throttle it bogs down when mowing, we have had it worked on two times but it still isn't running that good.

Does anybody know what we could do?

What does the plug look like?  First thing that came to mind is an air leak.  If the plug is a whitish color it main the engine is running lean.  Another possibility would be the Carburetor is out of adjustment.

If you back off on the throttle a little bit what does it do?
