1951 R12T getting some exercise today aerating the lawn.  This is a nice original tractor and may be the best running Shaw that I have.  Have the 12 inch moldboard plow and the cultivator, original bill of sale, and railroad bill of lading.

That is neat to have the original papers for it. Sweet looking tractor.

Nice tractor, seems like its narrow, from the pictures. How wide is it?

Wow, very nice Cliff! Are those headlights original? I don't recall ever seeing headlights on a Shaw.

Outside to outside of rear tires is 46 1/2 inches.  The wheels could be moved out about one inch on each axle or in about two inches.  The head lights are original.  They were an $18.50 option if you had the electrical system which was a $113.00 option.  You would not love the flat spring seat if you had to spend a ten hour day on it!  About an hour to aerate the lawn was enough for me.

Cliff, that's a pretty nice looking R12, looks all original.Looks like you have quite a collection of Shaw's! I know they're hard to find. Take it easy, Ted.

I never get tired of looking at pictures of this tractor; what a time capsule!
