Hi all

Spring is here again back again at the mill

This is my favourite garden lots of work but lots of fun

As there is no access for a ride on tractor it has to be cut with a walk behind mower I use a honda 21 inch mower with roller on it

for the all important stripes it takes 4 hours to cut all the grass and four hours to weed the flower beds

Here are some pictures

Hope you like   :beerchug:  :camera:  :watch_over_fence:

Hi all

it is a grain mill driven by a water wheel that is still in place but has the paddles removed so that it does not turn

George S

Thanks for your comments

Hi All

The date of the mill and the millers cottages are 1856

it was in use until the 1960s lay empty for a while and converted into a house

when it was converted all the mill fittings were in place so much so you could have ground corn in it
