Here is a Speedex S-24 that I found. I also got the front mount mower, a sickle mower and a one bottom plow for it. The old girl runs pretty well but is very rusty.
The front mount mower deck has its own engine and the blades are timed using roller chain and sprockets.

Aside from the lack of paint, that looks to be in good condition. I like the head lights. Is that the original way they were mounted?

Nice looking old speedex.
By the looks of it, the lights look original

I think the lights are original. I have only seen one other Speedex with lights on it and they were the same as this one.

I didn't remember seeing a Speedex with lights, so that's why I was asking. I figured they might be original, but it seems a bit unusual to mount them to the axle.

I like the Speedex tractors, I probably should have got the three of them in that one auction on ebay. I need to wait till we move though, we already have enough stuff to move. Thanks for posting the pics of the 24 Mike, it looks to be in good shape.

I had an S-17 and S-24, seven years ago. They were neat tractors.
