This past week I haven't slept well, I've just tossed and turned.  Night before last I went to sleep promptly at 11:00 but then woke up yesterday at 4:00 and couldn't get back to sleep.  I was a complete zombie by the end of yesterday.

When I crawled into bed (early) I went right to sleep and got a full 8+ hours.

This morning my wife told me that when she came to bed I rolled toward here and asked "Is it finished?".  She asked "Is what finished?".  I responded in an aggravated tone "Those carburetors we've been working on!".  Since she has no idea what a carburetor is she just answered "Yes".

I guess those nocturnal carburetors have been eating at me and she finally put it to rest.

All I've been doing lately is rounding up parts for engine rebuilds and working on some tractor projects. I've been searching heavily for Wisconsin AHH parts for a rebuild and it takes a lot of searching to find what I need. I'm rebuilding a Briggs model 23DFB, and I just put the center section of the Ford Model A rear together for my Economy tractor last night.
My girlfriend woke me up the other morning to put the coffee on, and I asked her what engine she was working on. She started to get me into a conversation until I fully woke up and realized what I was saying, HA! She knows nothing about engines. We both had a good laugh!
