Also played a little with the C-120, had to run a little carb cleaner in it & flush the sludge outta the tank.
Fired up with the choke, so I did the hand over the intake trick a couple of times & it started to drown with the choke on.
Then I rigged a couple of tires that almost hold air & started it up again, not charging... but the hydro & lift all work. :D
Moved it to it's temporary parking spot under it's own power. :dancingbanana:

I have never heard such a difference between 2 engines. The 8 is whisper quiet compared to the 120, heck you can talk over it... I ran the 120 for 10 minutes & my ears are ringing worse. & I was on the other side from the muffler too!

Ditto. Oh and nice find, those really don't look that bad...any idea why it is gray?

Gray, yes... He had a steel dock at his campground. Several years ago he had mixed up some "dock paint" and had a bunch left over, so he thought he'd shoot this tractor instead of letting it rust. This color was the reason I couldn't quite figure out what it was.

I somehow doubt that's what Kaylen wanted when she asked for a horse LOL! Tell her that I said it looks good on her! Thanks for the video! I think you got a great deal on those. The hydro tranny and lift system are pretty pricey items, as is the snowblower.:thumbs::thumbs:

That Commando 8 looks pretty good! Gonna make a nice tractor, just a little TLC needed! The 12 is likely savable, but the Commando is the best by far.
Been a long time since I owned a Wheel Horse. Had a couple C120 Auto's and a GT14...bout forgot, a B80 too! Stout machines & they are RED!

Alan, You get the C-120 up and running, you will love using it. The hydrualic lift and hydro tranny on a W.H. makes a sweet tractor.
