I have way too many tractors and storing them safely is difficult. In the past 6 months I have become a collector of the old CoverIt tent garages. In October I bought a 12' x 24' and set it up on my south lawn. a dozen tractors got to spend the winter in there safe and dry. I am worried about what the mice may have done.

A couple of weeks ago I was given(for the labor of taking it away) a 10' x 20' CoverIt frame. Yesterday, I bought a 12' x 20" garage with a good tarp. When I get all of these set up, I should be able to have all of the GTs out of the weather. The LTs are sol.

I didn't pay much for the first and third shelter and the second was free. The freebie with a $12 tarp will nicely protect about a dozen GTs. I'm mentioning this to encourage others to look for the frames, aquire them, and then cover them with a tarp for good storage of tractors and attachments. Good Luck, Rick

After 8 years my cover it brand has given up the ghost. I'm not complaining, it held up well through some nasty nor'easters and Sandy. Time for a new skin.

I had one at my old place. Paid $300 for it, took it down from the previous owner and installed it. I left it when I moved. It worked well.

I buy the heavy duty silver tarps and get about 3-5 years out of them depending on if they stay in one place covering something or get moved around covering a lot of different things.  I think UncleWillie has some of those canvas billboard signs.                    Stewart

I get those heavy-duty silver ones for my trailer... I cover it with plywood and the tarp over that.. they get burned out from the sun and rip in the course of a year.. I need a new one every year.

Good Deal Rick! I too needed some space quick and went with the HD ShelterLogic , got 6 yrs out of one of their cheap ones.So I figured I'd give their "better" one a try. I agree get 'em out of the weather if you can

I have a couple of those billboard signs I use to cover some of my tractors with. They come in different weights, the heavier ones last the longest.

I would jump on several of those for that price!

Nice set up looks like mine but it has a lot more tractors in it and it over full.     What size is yours?

Every spring, I see 2-3 dozen of those things, crushed by the snow, laying in yards, all

mangled and not good for much anymore.

Some look like huge dismembered praying mantis. Legs spread up in the air.

Others look like those huge Galapagos Island Tortoise. Just a big

grey lump, with no way into it.
