Well,

Here's what I did. Put a new Briggs 27hp on it. It seems to do the job. It's a lot quieter and goes faster? I have some Gravely paint, new decals and a new seat. It might be too pretty to mow with. Now to find some one to look at the original Kohler. It had 28,000 hrs on it when it went.
