Any body that can roll steel the same thickness as the steel the rims are made of will do.

I know little to nothing about the tires.
As for expanding the rims you already have, I do know. A general machine shop is not likely going to have the tool needed, start looking at sheetmetal or fabrication shops. One of those will have a slip roller needed to make you a nice round band.
As for cutting the rims, if it were me I'd put them in a lathe and use a parting tool. That way you have an even kerf that is concentric all the way around that will make fitting it back together for an open root weld a breeze.

Probably cheaper to just buy wheels the correct width, as I do not have the luxury of a lathe. Fun part of buying wheels is getting correct rear offset. I need to pull one of each and check what the offset is and the center hole diameter.

those are 26x12-12 on my 165. since my sleeve hitch is custom and not stock I didn't have clearance for tire chains on the 26x12's with the sleeve hitch on. So the 26x12's are on the 145 now and the 23x10.5-12s with chains are on the 165.

Chuck, are those the stock wheels? They look the same from the hub out as mine. By stock, I mean 7.5" wide.

I don't think they are the stock wheels, but I am not 100% sure

If you get a chance, throw a tape across them.

Thanks, Chuck. Tires aren't here yet, so no big hurry. I'm just trying to get what info I can together.

I think I am going to try these on the GTV/16 stock wheels first. Putting them on the Ford may cause problems with the u-joints for the tiller with the added ground clearance. I don't have a mower for the GTV/16. Just a spring assist sleeve hitch that I can hook a rear blade or the plow on. I am pondering a mid mount blade for this tractor and the extra ground clearance would help there. Especially after putting 18X6.50's on the front. One of the tires on it is about to give out completely soon, and it has more fender clearance. If I need wider wheels, I will look into doing that.
