This stuff caught my eye today.  It is the FFA auction in Seymour Wi to be held on Sunday.

Of course all you guys will leave the MF stuff along but I thought a 1250 Bolens with a Haben sickle mower and a 2 wheeler that look to be rare my interest some here.

This is the stuff you can not touch.

I noticed that the Pic of the ID tag on that 2 wheeler really sucks.  I will post a better one when I get up there Sunday.

Well back home with the Massey 1655 without the cab and 3 onan engines 1 BF, 1 P218, and 1 P220.  all are suppose to run according the the consignor.

Got the 1655 into the shop this afternoon and no spark Found bad plug wire and suspect the points are bad as well.  Will have to look at this later as we relocate cattle again in the morning.  Take cull cows to NFO consolidation center, then over to Morrison to pick up about 20  400 - 500 lbs calves and take them to a Heifer grower and load Bred Heifers to take back to the farm, clean and bed trailer and back home.

The 446 case brought $550, the 1250 Bolens went for $250 and the Haben sickle mower for the Bolens brought $190.

Was not able to see the Cunningham be sold so not sure on a price there.

That looks like a great auction!  If you don't mind us asking, how much did you bring the 1655 home for?  Also, was that loader for the 1655 or a different tractor?

Got it for $250.  Loader brought $500 and was not for the Massey but could be made to fit.  Somebody said it was for a 400 series JD

Any prices on the Ariens tractors?

To my  best memory I believe they brought, one with all attachments $800 and one by itself $400.

Well put a new set of plug wires and a set of point and she fired right up and runs good.

Charge pump seems strong and hrdro drives.

Sweet! A 1655 is a good GT. It can take some time to find attachments for it, they are kinda rare

Good to hear it was just a simple tune up to get running. Inexpensive work horse to add to your collection.
