Kinda looks like a badly butchered Hiller Yard Hand, but not sure.

Could also be one of those amusement park tractors.

I had forgotten all about those! definitely looks like one seeing how far apart the rear tires are and what type of tread was used

Been listed for a few weeks. Definitely not a Hiller. The guy sent me a bunch of pics early last week. Not sure what it is. Hood is pretty mangled. Very cool but decided to pass. With shipping etc just didn't think it was worth what it was going to cost.
