My mother's doctor had inherited the wonderboy early this year and didn't want it. He was going to either sell it or give it to a "good home". Her doctor knew I liked old tractors so he gave it to me today after my mother's appointment.

The wonderboy is complete and in incredible shape. Still has the original tires and seat. He doesn't know if it runs. It does turn over and sounds like it has compression. Tomorrow ill get it running. As of right now, i have no plans of doing a full restoration. Just an engine rebuild and new rear tires.

I took more photos today. Hopefully they're much better. Tried getting it running but there is a compression issue. Only getting 30psi. I'm hoping a ring is stuck and not worn out. I put some marvels mystery oil in so it can soak overnight.

Very nice original patina!

Ditto!  That's one of the nicer WB's I've seen.

Stuck valve?  Did you pop the head and peek?  Very common.
