I would imagine that there are a lot of different brands that were painted different colors to match company or organizational colors.

I've never seen a GT or CUT repainted around here. The city and major landscape companies all use stock colors- mostly Kubota and some Deere.

York city is known for painting all of their stuff yellow, no matter what color it started out as. At least when I was a kid it was all yellow. I don't know if they still do it anymore.

Yep, I have seen a bunch of yellow Township/county tractors, I always figured that was why JD had their "commercial" yellow line, they were just that much more marketable.
