Pretty strong magnets aren't they !

Have worked around several of these over the years, the room structure is quite different from normal construction methods because of  potential imaging  interference of magnetic components in wall and ceiling structure  that need isolated or exchanged for non-magnetic items.

Never send a guy out on these that has trouble reading  prints/directions like the one that flipped the switch with that scaffold still in the room. (probably a highly educated administrator showing it off for investors) ooops !

Union basher's are always jealous of working men and women who make a living wage.

My dad died a member of the UAW, but the unions have caused themselves the grief they get with corruption, and often unrealistic demands. They drove Dresser Wayne out of Salisbury by insisting on unrealistic wage increases and benefits well above anything anyone was getting. They were offered 6% above inflation and standard auto related benefits, the struck and were told that if the strike continued the plant would close and transfer production to Texas. They continued and Dresser did what they promised. It hurt our entire community. I believe unions were, and could be healthy for the country, but when they become self centered and greedy, then their time is past.

My parents met at a Union social function in 1950. The Union was great up until 1969 when new leadership got in. All medical and dental benefits disappeared. In 1970, the weekly retirement was cut to $15 for a 50 year man(my grandfather). Like most organizations, the Unions now exist for the ones that run them. The members are just dues payers and are expendable. Eight years ago a nearby union cut retireees benefits by 50%. The cost cutting yielded the union bosses $28,000 bonuses that year. Greed in America. Good Luck, Rick
