This picture was taken just as Bill realized he had screwed up.  Also realized he should of purchased the insurance agreement for the golf cart rental as well.

 

 

On a side note, if he would of overcame his reaction to lock the brakes up he most likely would of just came down the hill backwards with no issue.

It's a simple rule really, if it's a cart on the golf course and it has a space for golf clubs and a couple of golfers, well then it's a golf cart not a ATV. Guess you really can't fix stupid!                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

As a side note back int 90s I was Director of Safety and Security a fairly large golf course. I was never surprised at the amount of stupid things people did with golf carts. What surprised me is that when they were caught being stupid most every time their reply was, ..."
